Everyday communication
Practise turning approved information into clearer email drafts, summaries or internal updates. Check facts, tone and what should stay private.
For teams · Pune & online
Bring a recurring task, a few curious people and a clear goal. Explore practical AI training that helps your team draft, review and improve everyday work—with human judgement at the centre.
The right starting point
A workshop works best when it addresses a task your team recognises. We agree on a useful example before recommending tools or a programme.
Practise turning approved information into clearer email drafts, summaries or internal updates. Check facts, tone and what should stay private.
Work through an illustrative meeting-to-action-list exercise. Separate what the notes actually say from what an AI tool might infer.
Explore first drafts of campaign angles, research questions or project outlines. Your people choose the direction and check claims.
A suggested workshop flow
This is an example agenda, not a fixed-duration promise. The final exercises, participant count and follow-up are agreed for your team.
Discuss where AI may help, where it can be wrong and the information your team should avoid sharing.
Follow a guided example using sample or approved data and a clear instruction.
Compare the output with the source. Check missing details, unsupported claims and sensitive information.
Adapt the method to one agreed task and leave with a practice plan.
Before the session
Tell us the team’s roles, current AI experience, tools available and one task they repeat. We can then discuss whether a workshop is a fit.
Participants need an appropriate device and internet connection for hands-on practice. Any accounts, subscriptions or organisation permissions are confirmed beforehand.
Use fictional, redacted or approved information. Training is not permission to upload confidential customer, financial or employee records into an AI tool.
Take a closer look
A fictional example shows the prompt, the draft action list and the human checks. It is an illustration of the teaching approach, not a client case study.

Many introductory exercises do not require coding. We confirm the group’s starting point and choose suitable tasks; more technical automation training has its own prerequisites.
We can discuss an onsite Pune format or live online delivery. Availability, location, room setup and any travel-related costs are agreed before booking; this page does not list a walk-in training centre.
That depends on the learning goal, participant count and format. We confirm the agenda, duration, fees and any agreed follow-up in writing before you commit.
Training and implementation are separate scopes. A learning exercise is not a production rollout. If you need a workflow built, tested and supported, discuss an implementation project with AILI Technologies.
A conversation before a commitment
Share your goal, the people involved and a non-sensitive example. We’ll discuss fit, scope and availability before any booking or payment.
